Treatment focus
My belief is that everyone has the potential and the right to lead fulfilling lives and I am deeply committed to helping you to achieve this. My training is in the person-centred approach, but I don’t believe that one size fits all so I use various therapeutic models to adapt to your needs.
I will work with whatever issues you wish to bring, at your pace, without pressure or judgement. From the outset I hope you will feel accepted and welcomed. I will also challenge you in a caring and considerate way that will help you to make the changes you want to make.
Underpinning all I do is the belief that you have the answers within yourself to the problems you are experiencing at this time.
